Month Five

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the annual Drunk World! We have a lot of things we wanna tell you today.

• This blog was started on the 4th of April 2008 with around 60-90 hits a day and now after five months we have reached 150-190 hits a day and an average of 98 hits a day which we think is huge.

• The most hit page on your blog is obviously the post is How To] Installing Windows XP on Dell XPS 1530 which was posted by Sumit. Next is Savita Bhabhi :The Indian Toon Porn Star which was posted by me :P

• 77% of our traffic comes from search engines, out of which 76% comes from Google. And we like to thank Google for that.

• Most people who visit our blog use Firefox to view it and most of them are on DSL, this information is gonna be of great importance when we are making changes to the blog in the future. Also 1280 X 800 is the most common screen resolutions are what our visitors have and they have the latest Java and Flash version installed too. No 64 bit users surprisingly! :O

• The most common ISP hitting out blog often is Compcast followed by Sify Limited.

• Most people visiting our blog are now from America. WOO! :P

• A person on average spends around One minute and fifty seconds on our blog.

• 69.57% of the people visiting the blog have never visited our blog before :)

• People use Windows, Macintosh, Linux, iPhone, iPod operating systems to visit the blog [In the same order as stated]

Now basically all those things above are good and we at The Drunk Santa believe in the coming months these numbers are gonna go way up. We haven’t been working hard enough to keep these numbers stable. But we definitely do believe in quality instead of quantity and we think blogging is a very creative field. So today we’re announcing the ‘Kicking out’ project. In which we kick out people who haven’t posted even one article on the blog. Obviously we do give them another week to come up with something :)

We’re also very proud of our theme and we are gonna stick with it for a while now. The theme which was used in between is never gonna come back. The site may take a while to load then and now and we hope that you don’t go ahead and navigate to some other page. I am also glad to welcome our newest team member on board The Drunk Santa Ship! Steve Belmont, an old friend of mine who is like me but not me.
